New Content

H&K 121

The H&K 121 has expanded the Rifleman machine gun lineup. Its toughest competitor is the Stoner LMG A1 to which the new weapon compares favourably thanks to an increased rate of fire, better accuracy, a larger magazine, and a higher damage multiplier to the arms. These advantages are offset by a slightly lower damage, moderate range and ammo. Learn more.

The owners of the golden version of the H&K 121 can get a unique stripe by eliminating 999 opponents.

New Seasonal RM Skins

Our new seasonal Ranked Matches camos were inspired by the playing cards. The skins are decorated with colourful images of cards flying in different directions and framing lifeless "ladies" and "kings". The design conveys a clear message: the owner of such a skin is no joke! The series includes skins for such weapons as F90 MBR, Tavor TS12 Custom, SIG MPX SBR Custom, Truvelo CMS 20x42 mm, Maxim 9 and the Gerber Tomahawk. Learn more.

Another skin series will interest everyone who is into Warface eSports events, and prefers to use the most powerful guns available. The colour scheme of the Warface PRO I series continues the tradition of the line-ups dedicated to the tournaments of the past years, combining a perfect style and bright colours. Attachments will get a fresh coat of paint as well. Such skinned arms will look great in the hands of your character! Technical Changes

Improvements to the action synchronization system

We have recently told you how in-game events sometimes create a short-term, but abnormally high load on server algorithms. Such a peak load causes micro-delays when performing in-game actions for example, dealing damage, moving characters, etc.

As result of the study of the previously collected data, we have elaborated a plan and carried out measures aimed to eliminate the "load peaks". We will talk about further system improvements in future publications.

The list of the primary class-specific weapons of the "Salamander" set has been expanded. As before, the set includes only regular weapon versions. Learn more.

Other Changes

Important

  • Added Warface PRO I achievements (3 marks, 14 badges, 6 stripes).
  • Reworked the system of log-in rewards.
    • Now in one set there can be several reward streaks instead of just one (at the moment, there are three of them).
    • To access the next streak, you must complete the previous one without interruption.
    • In reward sets of several streaks the last one will repeat. After completing it without interruption, you will return to the beginning of the same streak instead of the first one.
    • The last streak contains the most valuable rewards.
    • The entire set and the streaks now have separate timers. At the moment, 7 missed days reset the progress of the current streak and return you to the previous one; while 30 missed weeks reset the progress of the entire set.
  • The "Quick Play" matchmaking rules have been updated: now the user will not be able to join the match from which he or she was kicked.
  • The rules of the "Storm" mode have been changed:
    • the round time for each side was reduced to 10 minutes (it used to be 15);
    • the fighters of both teams will now respawn faster;
    • the time required to capture a command post has been reduced;
    • now for the fastest possible capture of a command post, you need 3 soldiers instead of 4;
    • the ratio between the time spent in the match and the rewards received (both for the first victory of the day and in case of victory/defeat) has been preserved.

Important

  • Fixed an error due to which the vault animation (for example, overcoming a low fence) by the character was not displayed if the action was performed while shooting.
  • Fixed an error due to which in some cases the double climb could not be performed.
  • Fixed an error due to which the player stack indicators were not displayed in PvE and Special Operation rooms.
  • Fixed an exploit that in some cases allowed to achieve desynchronization of the displayed and the real position of the character, and, thus, get an unintended advantage.
Weapons and gear
  • F90 MBR: fixed an error which caused visual artifacts on the weapon with equipped camos.
  • Jackhammer, AS VAL, M16A3 Custom, Steyr Scout, DP-27, Saiga Bullpup, Fabarm XLR5 Prestige, Saiga Spike, Mossberg 500 Custom: fixed an error due to which, when using weapons with a number of skins, the character's right shoulder was displayed incorrectly when viewed in the third person.
  • Taurus Judge, MPA 930DMG, S&W M&P R8: fixed an error due to which the weapon was displayed incorrectly in the character's hands in the third person view.
  • TEC-9 Berserk: fixed an error which caused visual artifacts on the weapon in the third person view.
  • Howa Type 89 Custom: fixed an error due to which the Rifleman Grip Pod of the golden version of the weapon was displayed differently in the first and the third person views.
  • AK Alpha "Phobos": fixed an error which caused an incorrect texture display of the weapon in the first person view.
  • Gingerbread Gun: fixed an error due to which, in the first person view, the character's left hand was displayed incorrectly while shooting.
  • SAP6, Golden FN SCAR-H, AK-103, PP-19 Bizon, AK-47, Magpul FMG-9: fixed an error due to which, in the first-person view, cartridges in the magazine were displayed incorrectly when reloading some camouflaged weapon versions.
  • AK-103 "Evil Santa": fixed an error due to which the weapon description did not mention the possibility of installing muzzle attachments.
  • H&K G36C: fixed an error due to which the scope attachments were displayed incorrectly when viewed in the third person.
  • Chiappa Triple Threat: fixed an error due to which, in the first person view, the unique flash suppressor on the weapon was displayed incorrectly.
  • Pistol Scope 2X: fixed an error due to which the attachment had an incorrect description of the multiplying parameter.
  • Kel-Tec KS7: fixed an error due to which the actual hit point did not match the standard iron sight.
  • Sidewinder Venom: fixed an error due to which the character's left hand was displayed incorrectly when using the Venom Wraptor grip and the "Ghost Squad" skins.
  • Howa Type 89 Custom: fixed an error due to which the location of the Vism Flip Dot GSS reflex sight did not match the one shown on the stripe given for kills made with this weapon.
  • Calico M950: fixed an error due to which the barrel attachments had different positions in the first and the third person views.
  • Fixed some causes of game client crashes.
  • Ultra-rare SMG Scope: fixed an error due to which the crosshair did not correspond to the actual hit point.
  • Golden Chiappa Triple Threat: fixed an error due to which the weapon did not have the cyborg damage buff.
  • Mischief Army Knife: fixed an error due to which the hit animation in the first person view did not match the actual action.
  • Multipurpose Vest "Raid", Protective Armored vest "Runner": fixed an error due to which the team emblems on the vest were displayed incorrectly when viewed in the third person.
PvP
  • "Hawkrock": fixed an exploit in the area with a bomb where the player could kill enemies by shooting through the building at the base of the defending team.
  • "Bridges":
    • fixed an error due to which the player could end up on the roof of a building in front of the Blackwood base without double climb;
    • fixed an error due to which objects were displayed differently at low and high graphics settings, which in some cases could give players an unintended advantage.
  • "Black Mamba": fixed an error due to which the player could go through a closed gate at a certain point on the map.
  • "Highhill", "Downtown", "Motel": fixed an error due to which objects could disappear in the first person view if the character was at a certain point on the map.
  • "Factory": fixed an error due to which there was an incorrect double climb point in a certain place on the map.
  • "Blackwood Base": fixed an error due to which the textures of the ground on the map had an incorrect shade.
PvE
  • "Blackwood" Operation:
    • fixed an error due to which the player could kill the Quant only when he or she ran up to him without sprinting or jumping;
    • fixed an error due to which an incorrect icon was displayed in the combat log if a character was killed by the Argus' lasers;
    • fixed an error due to which the players were displayed incorrectly on the post-match statistics screen if the team lost.
  • "Sunrise":
    • fixed a bug due to which the animation of killing the Firestarter was displayed incorrectly in the first person view if the action was performed by the SED;
    • fixed an error due to which the progress of the achievement "Demon of Steel" was not counted;
    • fixed an error which might cause visual artifacts on the horizon at high graphics settings.
  • "Blackout: fixed an error due to which the player could get stuck in the vehicle when trying to climb on top of the boxes in the back.
  • "Anubis": fixed an error due to which, at high and medium graphic settings, visual artifacts could appear in a certain place of the level.
  • Earth Shaker: fixed an error due to which the player could get stuck at some points on the map.
  • Fixed an error due to which enemy snipers in PvE modes did not use cover and did not attack the player.
  • Fixed a bug due to which special weapons disappeared in PvE missions while loading the next part of the mission.

General 

  • Fixed an error due to which, when viewed in the third person, the character's right shoulder was unnaturally deformed when throwing a grenade.
  • Fixed an error due to which some interface elements of the weapon crafting window for cards had incorrect colors.
  • Fixed a bug due to which, in the spectator mode, the model of a dead character remained standing if he or she died again immediately after the revival.
  • Fixed an error due to which, in some cases, scrolling of the main window in the "Cards" section could work incorrectly.
  • Fixed an error due to which the player could not start a PvE mission if he or she had been kicked from a similar room.
  • Fixed a bug due to which the achievement "Challenger" had the wrong type and image.
  • Fixed an error due to which the customization menu markers for most submachine guns were incorrectly positioned.
  • Fixed an error due to which the achievement "MG240B Elite" was not displayed in the list of achievements.

Known Bugs

  • Reloading pump-action shotguns in some cases can lead to an incorrect number of shells in the magazine; in this case, the extra cartridge will not deal damage.
  • In some cases, the shooting sound of bolt-action sniper rifles may not be played.
