What's a code
A code, or a pin-code is a combination of characters and numbers that if reemed, grants you a gift in game.
How to get a code
Codes are generated and handed out by the administration of the game. It may be awarded for winning contests: official game events, live streams on the official channel or it may alternatively be included in an email notification letter / newsletter (sent to your registered email address).
Can I give someone else my code?
A code can be redeemed on any account. As a result, do not give your code to anyone else if you want to redeem it and receive the gift yourself.
Why do I receive an error, "You need to create a character first to transfer items into the game"?
The account you're currently logged in on the site with does not have any characters linked to it.
Why do I receive an error, "You've entered an incorrect code"?
It means such a code does not exist. Perhaps you've entered an incomplete code or made an error.
Why do I receive an error, "You've already redeemed a code of this type"?
It means you've already redeemed a code with similar effect earlier.
Why do I receive an error, "This code has already been redeemed"?
It means the code has already been redeemed on another account.
Why do I receive an error, "This code has expired"?
It means the code had a duration and as the promotion is over, the duration has run out and the code is thus, expired.
Why do I get an error, "You cannot redeem a code of this type"?
It means the code you're trying to redeem is not intended for this account. Make sure you're logged in with the account that received the code.
I've got an error, "The code was purchased by another user". What does it mean?
It means the code you are trying to redeem belongs to another user and can be activated only by them.
I've got an error, "The activation limit for this code has been reached". What does it mean?
It means the code could be redeemed a limited amount of times and they have all been used up by other players.
