We are back with the answers to the most burning topics on our Social Media platforms. Here are the articles that might help you find info regarding the previously asked questions:
Q.: When will you fix the lags on the NA server?
A.: We keep getting your comments on Social Media that “something is wrong” but the server admins couldn’t detect any issues with the server. Currently, the developers are looking into it. However, the problem is that very few people managed to provide sufficient data to the support team for their report. And this isn’t yet enough for a successful investigation into the root of the problem.
If you happen to experience the issue again, we kindly ask you to record it, report to the support team including the time it happened and the game.log file from the game folder. If the tech support requests any additional data, please provide it to them. That will surely speed up the process. Thank you for your understanding.
Q.: Will you unban the players that were banned previously? They need to have another chance!
A.: Hello, we do not plan to grant amnesty to the banned accounts.
Q.: Older spec-ops need better rewards. We can't get Spectre equipment on neither the Cold Peak maps, nor The Tower (White Shark, The HQ, Tower Raid, it has too many aliases), and we can't get crafting cards on those either. Also, when it comes to either crowns or wfd/vp/xp, the Hydra is just far better then both of those, despite being shorter in time. Give us some incentive to play these maps more often, for example 5-10 free craft cards on The Tower and increased crown rewards for the full length Marathon.
A.: This does make sense, thank you for the suggestion. It will be forwarded to the dev team.
Q.: Will you add emotes to the game?
A.: Thanks for the suggestion, however the developers don’t find it fitting for the game at the moment.
Q.: How will the new grenade affect the gameplay on such maps as Oil Depot or Hangar?
A.: According to the devs, it won’t make much of a difference. It’s a close combat grenade and the developers highlighted that you won’t be able to throw it far on such maps as Hangar.
