Friends!
Terror returns to Warface: Clutch… An infected cyborg has escaped from Blackwood’s lab, and it’s up to you and your team to stop them before the world is overrun by a brain-eating horde.
Gear up with exclusive new weapons from the "Bloodthirst" series, survive pulse-pounding rounds on the Halloween-themed Relic map, and resist the Corruption before it consumes you!
About the PvP Mode "Corruption"
"Corruption" is an asymmetric mode, where 16 survivors have to fight for their lives on spooky, revamped maps, counting down the seconds until the round ends. But in this game mode, trust is a luxury you can’t afford. Three players will be randomly chosen to become patient zero—the first buffed cyborgs. Their mission is clear: hunt down the survivors and turn them to the dark side. Once a survivor dies, no matter how, they switch sides, gaining razor-sharp claws, x-ray vision and a single goal—eliminate their former allies. Remember, a steady gun in your hands is the only thing standing between you and the cyborg horde.
Devs' note: The SED class is excluded from this mode, as the virus only targets flesh—not android microchips.
The longer you survive as a human, and the more players you take down as a cyborg, the higher your score at the end of the match. Even if your team loses, only your personal contribution counts. Plus, as you complete sinister tasks throughout the game, you’ll unlock eerie achievements that make the experience even more thrilling!
Devs' note: We want everyone to enjoy the mode, so kills, deaths, and accuracy won’t affect your profile. If you and your friends want to constantly keep pressure on the survivors' defenses, flooding their lines with cyborgs’ attacks, go for it. Let them fear you!
Cyborgs
It all starts with 3 initial infected trying to mix with the team of survivors, and then things get messy… Those three will be able to deal extra damage during their first life, so act fast and take down as many humans as possible!
Survivors are well-equipped, but cyborgs have x-ray vision and are able to adapt to any situation. Expect to see different versions on the battlefield: cyborgs that throw grenades and tomahawks, those with extra health and others who charge into the last human defense to make a massive KABOOM. Art is an explosion, isn’t it?
If no cyborgs are left in the game, a few survivors will be transformed into the new patient zeros. Once this transformation occurs, all remaining survivors’ supplies, including ammo, health, armor, and consumables, get restored, while a power-up spawns somewhere on the map.
Survivors
Survivors have one mission: stay alive until the round ends. The longer they manage to last, the higher their score. If they make it through to another round without dying, they earn a special perk that boosts their health, increases movement speed and protects them from a sudden transformation to an infected. But be warned, it is extremely hard to fight off the never ending cyborg swarm.
There are special power ups on the map that can help turn the dark tides of the battlefield. Each of them changes the gameplay and grants new abilities.
Devs' note: These power ups are the survivors’ treats! To get them, you will have to pull off some awesome tricks. They tend to spawn on open spaces, and in a cyborg apocalypse, open spaces equal death. The higher the risk, the greater the reward.
Survivors will have three special power-ups during the match:
- The Gravedigger: armed with a trusty sapper shovel that can heal them up after killing cyborgs.
- The Gunslinger: equipped with a self-loading revolver that deals extra damage to cyborgs, making it the ideal tool for close-quarters combat.
- Juggernaut: arms the survivor with a six-barrel machine gun and an explosive-laden suit, delivering immense firepower to turn the tide of the fight, especially in the final moments of a match. Winning a round with the Juggernaut power-up grants the survivor a special bonus in the next round that increases their stamina and movement speed.
Devs' note: This year we are introducing a new power-up to the game mode. Unlike other power-ups, the Gravedigger doesn't regenerate health automatically. Instead, it restores health after each cyborg kill using the sapper shovel. So, charge into the frontlines and become the shield for your fellow survivors!
Maps
Three maps have fallen under the cyborgs’ horde this time around: Motel, Widestreet and Relic map, which received a Halloween makeover. Pumpkins, chilling sounds, ghosts and lots of Easter eggs are hidden all over the place. Don’t be scared—uncover all the secrets. We can’t wait to see your screenshots on our social media channels!

Event Screen
On the event screen, you'll see a progress bar with three check-points. A new check-point will unlock at the beginning of the event and at the start of the second and third week of the event.
There are several simple ways of getting event points:
- Play matches in the Corruption mode;
- Complete event Daily and Weekly contracts;
- Play SO.
Devs' note: We’ve tweaked the event economy system a little bit. Now, by participating in the Corruption mode, you will earn three times more event points compared to previous events. The points you earn from SOs are slightly reduced, but to compensate for this, you will gain more by completing Daily and Weekly contracts. These changes are designed to make the progression more rewarding.
Once your progress reaches a check-point, you'll get a thematic reward:
- Nosferatu mark for 700 event points;
- Moonlight stripe for 1,000 event points;
- Vampire charm for 1,500 event points.
Showcase and Progress Bar
Important changes: The event store is no longer available for this event. Instead, you’ll find all the items in the progressive showcase.
How Does the Showcase Work?
- Use the button to refresh products in the showcase. To activate this feature, use the event currency.
- The showcase refreshes automatically every 24 hours.
- Each time you manually refresh, you’ll fill up a progress bar. When that bar hits 100%, you’ll receive a special offer, allowing you to choose one valuable item as a treat!
- Once you pick your item, the other special offers will disappear, and the progress bar will reset. Don’t worry— you can fill it up again to get another offer! There’s no limit to how many offers you can receive.
After the event ends, all black market coins in your account will disappear. Make sure to spend all your coins in time!
Important changes: We’ve introduced a feature regarding our Daily and Weekly event contracts. Each contract now includes random stage missions, designed to add variety and keep your experience fresh and engaging.
