On March 28th, we installed the event update, after that, we encountered unforeseen technical difficulties within the game. The project team worked around the clock to address these issues and delivered a fix for some. While we have successfully resolved some of the encountered challenges, we are continuing to tackle others head-on to ensure a smooth gaming experience for everyone. Learn more about the issues in our previous article.

At this time, there are no issues with receiving rewards for completing matches in the game. However, we acknowledge that the initial inconvenience has led to a negative experience at the start of the event.

To show our gratitude for your reports and patience, we've already started distributing compensation today, on April 4th. Be sure to log into the game before maintenance on April 18th to get the items. They'll be sent directly to your inventory:

• VIP Booster for 3 days,
• Weapon Mastery Booster for 3 days,
• 50 Resurrection Coins,
• 35,000 WF$,
• 5,000 Crowns.

All players who have logged into the game during the previous 90 days will also receive 1,000 Black Market Coins before the event ends, we'll notify you when the distribution will happen. Be sure to grab the rewards that caught your eye!
