Q.: Please put Warface Dollar random boxes in shop.

A.: Thanks for that suggestion, we know you’ve been waiting for it for a lot of time. Recently we added 4 weapons in the Warface Dollars boxes and we see your positive feedback on it. We’ll try to add boxes for Warface Dollars and Crowns to the rotation from time to time.

 

Q.: The Battlepass is taking ages to update. Can you fix it?

A.: It’s the main disadvantage of the web-sided event. The issue should be mitigated once the BP is added to the game client (not as a web page). If the delay takes more than several hours please contact the customer support.

 

Q.: Add an African regional server, please.

A.: We do not plan to add a server in Africa any time soon.

 

Q.: Don't remove old crafting. I'm so close to crafting Kraken but I won't make it.

A.: You have more than 2 months before it’s going to be removed. Unfortunately, this change is necessary as soon the Battle Pass won’t be available on the website. You can read more here in the dedicated FAQ.

 

Q.: What's the progress on NA Washington server? Can we expect this to be our next FAQ answer? Rubber Banding and no registration issues still exist.

A.: The fix is currently under testing, we’ll let you know when it’s ready for being installed. We appreciate your patience.
