Dear players!

After careful consideration, certain marketplace restrictions have been lifted for my.com users in order to enable a more fair and player-friendly trade.

You no longer need to have Global Operation (Atlas of War / Absolute Power / K.I.W.I.) access in order to purchase marketplace items.

On top of that, you no longer need Rank 20 to sell and purchase items on the marketplace.

So here are two ground rules as of now:

1. All my.com users can purchase items on the marketplace.
2. Those my.com users that have access to any Global Operation can also sell items on the marketplace.
