Spooky Season in Warface
Soldiers!
It's time for trick-or-treating and we've got many treats for you. At this season of the year, "false faces" hide behind every corner on any location in the game - creepy jesters, scary ogres and blood-chilling plague doctors. Which outfit will you opt for this time? Join the spooky festivities in Warface and get well prepared to ward off evil spirits! Log into the game, equip with themed amulets, dress up, don't forget to take a couple of jack-o'-lanterns, and get ready to make mischief!
Log-in Streak Rewards
Log into the game starting from October 28th till November 10th, to obtain cool festive items. You will be getting temporary weapons of the "Apostate" series and spooky charms.
Festive Contracts
Combat the army of the undead and complete Halloween contracts yielding special themed items and useful consumables.
Increased Server Rates
Starting from 09:00 UTC on October 28th and until 09:00 UTC on November 10th, you will be getting 50% more XP, WF$ and VP.
Themed Maps
The haunted locations will become the main attraction of the holiday. Choose a disguise to join the hordes of scary looking wraiths. Don't miss the chance to take an impressive screenshot or earn unique achievements!
"Exclusion Area" Map
The location is divided into 3 zones, one of which is randomly selected before the start of the match. An energy barrier rules out any movement beyond the zone, attempts to overcome the barrier will result in the death of the character.
An electromagnetic pulse tower is located in the center of the zones. Its delayed impact can be activated by one of the players via a special terminal, and 120 seconds later a powerful electromagnetic pulse destroys all living beings within the area. To survive, soldiers need to take shelter in the terminal building or adjacent constructions.
"Halloween Wars" Map
For the duration of the holiday, the Halloween version of the map will substitute the regular "Streetwars" in "Team Death Match".
Despite the festive mood, you’ll be sure to stumble upon plenty of zombies, pumpkins, caskets and other appropriate Halloween-themed attributes — the gameplay will stay the same.
You’re tasked with eliminating enemy soldiers, and the first team to reach 150 kills (or to gain more kills in the given period of time), wins!
"Cemetery" Map
The mythical, eerie Halloween version of "Farm" makes a return this season! It replaces the regular "Farm" and "Farm: Sunset" in "Team Death Match".
Take to the fields of battle set at a graveyard among the open caskets, moving scarecrows, flying witches, and pumpkin streetlights!
Halloween Achievements
By killing enemies with festive weapons and winning on the themed maps, you can get special achievements. The fantastic colourful decoration patterns and scary designs will surely impress your opponents and delight you.
Halloween Contest on Discord
Get your hands on any Halloween shop weapon! All you need to do is to take a Halloween-related screenshot in the game (on a Halloween map, with the Halloween equipment, etc), and post it in the contest channel on our official Discord server before November 8. We’ll select 10 winners within a week after the contest ends.
