We know that some of you are facing connection issues and seeing the “Connection to server lost” message, which can prevent access to the game for extended periods of time.

Based on player reports, most cases are currently coming from South America and, in some instances, from Europe. At the same time, we are keeping an eye on the situation worldwide.

Our team is investigating this together with our technical partners. Based on the information available to us, the issue appears to be related to large-scale DDoS attacks affecting third-party infrastructure that uses the same services as our game. This creates instability that can impact connections.
