Offer Conditions

   “Halloween” (hereafter referred to as the "Offer").

2. ORGANIZER INFORMATION.

   Full name: My.com B.V., registered and operating in accordance with Dutch law.

   Organizer Website: https://pc.warface.com/.

3. OFFER OBJECTIVE.

   The offer is a promotional event for the game Warfaсe (hereafter referred to as the "Game").

4. TERMS AND TERRITORY.

   The offer is carried out from the 22d of October 2020, till 20:59 UTC on the 11th of November 2020 in all countries of the world except Russia and the CIS.

5. PARTICIPANTS.

   Participants of the offer can be persons who have a registered account in the Game and/or have not previously played the Game and do not have a registered account in the Game.

6. PRIZES, PROCEDURE AND CONDITIONS OF THE OFFER.

   Each Participant who took part in the Offer and fulfilled its conditions receives 1 (one) Game set (hereafter referred to as the "Prize") out of 4 sets available to choose from. The prize is available for selection on the Internet page: https://pc.warface.com/promo/halloween2020. Once the Participant has selected a Prize, the Prize cannot be changed.

   To participate in the Offer, the Participant must:

   1) Category 1 Participants (current players):

   • Have a registered account in the Game before the day of the Offer launch specified in clause 4 of the present Offer Conditions.
   • The Participant of this category receives a Prize on condition of logging into the Game and creating a character (if there is none) within 3 days starting from the moment of selecting a Prize on the Internet page: https://pc.warface.com/promo/halloween2020. In-game items obtained from the received Prize remain with the Participant for an indefinite period of time.

   2) Category 2 Participants (new players):

   • Sign up to the Game on the day of the Offer launch, specified in clause 4 of the present Offer Conditions, or later, but before the Offer is over, via a special page on the Internet https://pc.warface.com/promo/halloween2020.
   • The Participant of this category receives a Prize after successfully signing up to the Game on condition of logging into the Game and creating a character within 3 days starting from the moment of selecting a Prize on the Internet page: https://pc.warface.com/promo/halloween2020; however, items obtained from the received Prize remain with the Participant only for 14 days upon getting the Prize in the Game.
   • In order to be able to use the items received from the Prize permanently, the Participant must reach the 10th character level on any server. A prize with permanent items will be credited to the server where the condition is met first. Time to fulfill this condition: the remaining lifetime of the Offer + 14 days.

7. PROCEDURE AND CONDITIONS FOR RECEIVING THE PRIZE.

   After choosing a Prize on the Internet page: https://pc.warface.com/promo/halloween2020 and fulfilling the conditions of the Offer, each category 1 Participant is awarded the Prize automatically upon logging into the Game.

   After choosing a Prize on the Internet page: https://pc.warface.com/promo/halloween2020 and fulfilling the conditions of the Offer, upon logging into the Game, each category 2 Participant is awarded the Prize automatically to the Game server where all the Offer conditions have been met.

   Each Participant can receive only 1 (one) Prize for the entire Offer duration. The Prize is granted only once to one game account of the Game.

   The Organizer does not pay cash equivalent of the Prizes to Offer Participants.

   All disputes concerning this Offer are governed by the current legislation of the Netherlands.
